Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The dining experience could use a bit more variety, but the pool area was well-kept and a delight to relax by. The price was fair, although it would be better if Wi-Fi was included in the package.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, adorned with beautiful paintings and featuring a large, cozy bed. The highlight was the marvelous bathtub – the cherry on top of a perfect room. The service exceeded my expectations, from the attentive gardener to the friendly waiter. The location was superb, nestled in the enchanting surroundings of the Yucatán peninsula, close to the city market, making it an ideal place to explore. The dining experience was delightful, offering delicious meals, including options for vegetarians, with Mexican coffee and tequila as a pleasant surprise. The facilities provided were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a fantastic stay.
The hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the Yucatán peninsula, offering a unique experience with lovely on-premise restaurant. The rooms feature a marvelous bathtub, swing bed, and are quite comfortable, though some areas could use a touch-up. Service is impeccable, extending from the gardener to the waiter, with excellent room service and facilities. The location is idyllic, set in a natural cave, yet the nearby restaurant falls short of expectations. Dining provides a delightful experience with Mexican coffee and inclusive options, even for vegetarians.
